Our Promise
Sedona Salon & Spa promises to make
every visit with us a great experience. From the moment you walk
through the door, to the time you leave, we want you to feel welcome
and cared for. It is important to us that you look and feel your very
best. We also promise to supply you with the knowledge and quality
products to recreate that salon look at home. Most importantly we
strive to educate ourselves as professionals on the latest technology
and fashions available, and bring that experience to you. And of course
- have fun doing it!

Our PoliciesAppointments
Appointments are required for salon and spa
services, but walk-ins are also welcome, and we will do our best to
accommodate you. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve
appointments for multiple services and group parties.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any
appointment. Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge and 100%
charge for no shows.
Late Arrival
Please be aware that there may be another
appointment scheduled after your treatment therefore a late arrival may
subtract time away from your service.
Cell Phones
Due to the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, we ask that you silence your cell phone and limit its use to the reception area.
Children
Children are welcome for services, but for
safety reasons they must be supervised at all times. Sedona salon and
spa is not a child-proofed area and Sedona professionals cannot
supervise children during your appointment.
Payment
Sedona Salon and Spa accepts Cash, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks (with proper
form of identification). Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and prices are only guaranteed within one year of purchase.

on-line visitors.We do not acquire personal information about
individually identifiable visitors unless it is voluntarily submitted.
Personal information that is voluntarily submitted is not sold,
transferred, or otherwise disclosed to unrelated entities, unless
required by law. Only visitors who request email would receive email.
